"The Wind Speaks"  is modeled after a Plains Warrior. He is the last of a dying breed and knows his people need him to guide the way. He is a combination of a Holy Man as well as a Healer. His hair and feathers both blow in the breeze. Flowing hair and feathers add the element of movement. The expression on his face tells the story. He is listening to the wind, his ancestors are speaking to him, sadly the information he is receiving is not good for his people.
